If you would like to join the waiting list incase anyone cancels please add a ‘waiting list’ to the cart and fill out the form with your info. You will only be contacted if an artist table comes available.

PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR APPROVAL. We are a family friendly convention that focuses on collecting, all vendors must be approved. If your application for a vendor table is denied you will be notified via email and it will include the reason for your denial and a refund will be issued within 72 hours of purchase. If you don’t hear anything in 72 hours you are approved!

All artist booth locations are chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed to each vendor starting August 15th, 2024. First to pay is the first to choose all sales are final. Each Artist booth comes with a 6 foot table and 1 chair.

• 5ft x 10ft space $300 (1 badge)

• 5ft x 20ft space $550 (2 badges)

• 10ft x 10ft space $750 (2 badges)
