PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR APPROVAL. We are a family friendly convention that focuses on collecting, all vendors must be approved. You will receive an email of approval within 72 hours of purchase. If your application for a vendor table is denied you will be notified via email and it will include the reason for your denial and a refund will be issued within 72 hours of purchase.

All vendor booth locations will be chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed to each vendor starting April 1st, 2025. First to pay is the first to choose. All purchases are final.


Vendors are provided a 10’x10’ Booth, 6-ft long table, 2 chairs, and tablecloth. You can set up your booth however you like as long as it fits entirely in the footprint you purchase.

Vendors will be given 2 vendor badges per “Table”, with a maximum of 6 Vendor badges per company with 3 or more tables.
NO EXTRA VENDOR BADGES ARE SOLD SEPERATLY.

Pricing breakdown:

  • 1st Table: $750 (2 x badges)

  • 2nd Table: $700 (2 x badges)

  • 3rd Table: $650 (2 x badges)

  • 4th Table (or more): $625 (no additional badges)

*Vendor tables/booths MUST remain setup throughout the duration of ICCCon operating hours. Breakdown may ONLY begin after show hours. Violation may result in monetary penalty and denial from future ICCCon events.
