1. Payment Schedule:

a. 30% of the Total Cost due at signing; 100% of the Total Cost due by July 1, 2024.

2. Cancel/Withdraw 

a. Prior to July 1, 2024: 30% of the Total Cost

b. On or after July 1, 2024: 100% of the Total Amount.

3. Downsize: 

a. Prior to July 1, 2024 30% of the difference between the Total Cost and the downsized total Cost.

b. On or after July 1, 2024: 100% of the difference between the Total Cost and the downsized total Cost.
