Club tables are FREE but extremely limited. Any club that grows our hobby is encouraged to apply. Club tables are offered FREE to help grow awareness of your club. These are not a free vendor table.

ACCEPTANCE OR DECLINE NOTICES WILL BE EMAILED on or before April 15th, 2026. If you are awarded a club table and have already purchased an attendee badge let us know when you receive your approval email and we will cancel your standard order and refund.
