ACCEPTANCE OR DECLINE NOTICES WILL BE EMAILED on or before August 1st, 2024. If you are awarded a club table and have already purchased an attendee badge let us know when you receive your approval email and we will cancel your standard order and refund.

• Tables are FREE for any club that grows the collecting hobby but are extremely limited and come with 2 free badges.

• up to 4 additional club badges can be purchased for 50% off General admission prices.

• We must pre-ship badges this year because will call is getting too busy to hand them out on site, so there will be a shipping charge. If for any reason your club is not selected, we will fully refund the shipping charge.
