When your application is approved or denied you will be notified via email. If not approved it will include reason for your denial and a refund will be issued within 72 hours of purchase.

All artist booth locations are chosen in the order they were purchased. You will be able to choose your location when the map is emailed to each vendor starting August 15th, 2024. First to pay is the first to choose all sales are final.

Pricing Breakdown:

• 5ft x 10ft space (hallway) $300 (1 badge)

• 5ft x 20ft space $525 (hallway) (2 badges)

• 10ft x 10ft space $750 (main vendor room) (2 badges)
