PLAN YOUR OWN FAN MEETUP AT HOST HOTELS DURING ICCC2023

At its core, ICCC will always be a convention for collectors, by collectors. But over the years, it has become much more than that. 

It's where fans come together to reconnect with longtime friends and make new ones. Where sci-fi fans from everywhere gather to share their thoughts on events, storylines, and developments in their favorite franchises. Where cosplayers, prop makers, artists, and droid builders exhibit their amazing works and share their inspirations and insights with up-and-comers. You get the picture. 

It's difficult to organize and engage in these activities on a busy show floor, so for the first time, ICCC leadership has collaborated with its four host hotels to make their private meeting spaces available for ICCC guests to book and manage on their own. 

If you are interested in arranging a private meetup or group event of any kind at one of our host hotels during your ICCC stay, Email Here. All hotels have meeting spaces of varying sizes, and at different price points, so you’ll likely find a suitable space at a minimal price. Hotels include:

• Hilton TRU Hotel

Private meetups are not official ICCC events and will be the sole responsibility of those who book them. Still, we encourage you to book some space if it suits you!  ICCC V will be held May 26-28, 2023 at the brand new Farm Bureau Exposition Center in Lebanon, TN, just outside of Nashville.
