OUTER RIM SABACC LEAGUE HOSTS SABACC GAMES AT ICCC 2024

Calling all scoundrels! Step into a galaxy far, far away with the Outer Rim Sabacc League! Returning for ICCC 2024, ORSL members will be hosting sabacc gameplay all weekend! Inspired by Star Wars movies, TV shows, novels, and more, the ORSL brings the galaxy's favorite poker-style card game to your table! Drop in, enjoy a hand, and see if you have what it takes to beat Lando Calrissian.

What is Sabacc?

Sabacc is a card game with similarities to poker and blackjack where players have the goal of reaching a target number called “sabacc.” We play with “fake space money,” but the excitement at the table is real! Gameplay is quick, and hands are full of surprising twists and turns.

Where Have I Seen Sabacc?

You've probably seen the iconic sabacc game where Han Solo won the Millennium Falcon from Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story, but the game has been part of the Star Wars franchise since the early days. Sabacc made its first appearances in the Empire Strikes Back novelization and the Lando book series. Since then, it has featured across Star Wars media including The Mandalorian, Rebels, Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, and comics. Sabacc cards are one of the most popular souvenirs from Disney's Star Wars land and the game could be enjoyed on the Galactic Starcruiser Halcyon. Sabacc will be also be playable in the upcoming video game, Star Wars: Outlaws!

Members of the Moonshine Cantina—Nashville’s local ORSL outpost—will be hosting gameplay all day, every day for the duration of the convention! So feel free to drop in anytime during ICCC 2024 to play a hand, meet the local scum and villainy, join a tournament, and win prizes! You may even fly away with the Falcon!

ICCC 2024 will be held October 3-6 at the Music City Sheraton in Nashville, Tennessee. VIP ticket holders will enjoy early entry (one hour) before the general public for the run of show. Tickets are going fast so get yours ASAP. #ICCCon The Future of Conventions produced for collectors, by collectors.
