ICCC WELCOMES BRENDAN WAYNE, WHO BROUGHT THE WAYNE LEGACY TO THE STAR WARS UNIVERSE

Brendan Wayne, grandson of the legendary John Wayne, has carved out his own niche in Hollywood, most notably for his role as Din Djarin in the Disney+ series The Mandalorian. Over three seasons, Wayne has brought the character to life, also reprising his role in The Book of Boba Fett. This October, fans will have the opportunity to meet him at ICCC where he will be making a special guest appearance.

Wayne began his professional acting career with a role opposite David Boreanaz in Angel. He established a working relationship with director Jon Favreau in Cowboys & Aliens, acting alongside Daniel Craig and Olivia Wilde. He has also made notable recurring appearances in Sons of Anarchy and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Wayne honed his craft at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts before attending film school at the University of Southern California, following in his grandfather's footsteps. Wayne is particularly proud of his work on Angel and the Badman, a project close to his heart as it breathes new life into one of his grandfather's notable films.

His credits include:

  • The Mandalorian (2019-2022): Portrayed Din Djarin

  • The Book of Boba Fett (2021): Reprised role as Din Djarin

  • Angel (1999-2004): Opposite David Boreanaz
