THE ARTWORK OF THE CUSTOM ICCC 2021 EXCLUSIVE BOBA FETT

Custom action figure artist Matt Brookins, who is producing an ICCC 2021 Exclusive Boba Fett action figure discusses that artwork that inspired his creation, and that will adorn the packaging:

“I originally planned to do a completely original drawing. And although art runs in my family, I haven’t really drawn things by-hand since high school. So I took a scene from the original cartoon and mimicked it.

 “For the package art, I used the “Bill Cable Droids MOC” approach and used the actual figure as inspiration versus the straight cartoon look. You’ll see that the final drawing has characteristics of the figure.

“I did all of the art digitally “in the box” despite wanting to do it freehand because it was quicker that way.”

Only 50 of this ICCC exclusive “holiday special” custom will be available on-site in a collectible box. 50 mint on card paint variants will be available via preorder on-site during the convention this April. If the pre-order is fully backed then Brookins will produce 50 more in a green and gray paint variant— just like your favorite bounty hunter! Only 150 will be molded ever!
