ICCC CONTESTS

Cosplay Contest

Those who want to participate in the contest must register in advance at the Club BOOTH B-10 during ICCCon, or pre-register for the contest by using the contact form below. When registering, please provide your full name and the name of your costume/character. All participants as well as attendees must adhere to the ICCCon Cosplay Rules shown below.

Prizes and Trophies to be awarded!

Kids 12 and under cosplay contest First prize $150 Gift Certificate to the ICCCon Store! Second Prize $100 Gift Certificate to ICCCon store, third prize $50 Gift Certificate to ICCCon store. All registered participants will receive a $5 Gift Certificate to the ICCCon Store.

13+ Cosplay Contest

$1000 Cash Prize breakdown: First $400, Second $300, Third $200, Fourth $100

Contest Rules
1. Each contestant may only enter one costume into competition.
2. Each contestant may enter as an individual or as a group.
3. Prizes will be distributed as Sunday afternoon on site. If a winner is not in attendance at that time the prize will be mailed to their registered shipping address.
4. No explosive or other similar special effects are allowed.
5. No messy substances are allowed.
6. Stop at Club Booth B10 to register and take a picture, those pictures will all be added to a poll on the IC.
6. No profanity, political, or religious statements or signage are allowed during the contest.
7. Entry will close at 11:00am Sunday Morning so voting can start by noon. Voting will end at 4pm and the most votes wins.
8. Contestants will be judged according to their costume’s resemblance to the character it is based on, representation of their costume, and craftsmanship skill.

Costume/Cosplay Rules
These are our rules for costumes/cosplay at ICCCon:

1. This is a family-friendly event. No nudity, and the semblance of nudity is not allowed. Please ensure that all costumes are properly secured at all times and are not prone to “wardrobe malfunctions,” or “indecent accidents.”
2. For safety reasons, please wear footwear at all times. Skates and rollerblades are not allowed.
3. Props are allowed. Swords, knives, or any other metal objects with an edge are prohibited. Guns, or anything that shoots a projectile are prohibited.
4. Anything with wheels, except for wheelchairs, are not allowed inside the building. This includes skateboards, scooters, bicycles, etc.
5. Mock or play-fighting is not allowed in the hallways or in the building.
6. Large costumes must be no more than 3 feet in all directions, due to the blocking of traffic flow and other hazards.

We reserve the right to ban or remove any attendees who do not follow the above rules or are creating a disturbance or hazard for other attendees. Please be courteous and respectful to others, and have fun!

Droid Building Contest
